GAMES All games will be played at the
Spearfish Teener field or the Spearfish Legion field. You will receive directions in your packet
as well as the game brackets in May.

Tournament Rules:
1. All games will be 7 innings.
2. The
pitching dimension is 60’6” mound with 90’ bases.
3. You must have 8 players to start and finish a
game.
4. The sliding rule will be enforced (VFW TEENER
REGULATIONS)
5 All regular
baseball rules apply (VFW TEENER)
6. There
is a 15 run rule after 3 innings and 10 run rule after 5 innings.
7. Once a player is removed from the game he may
not re‐enter.
8. The pitcher may pitch seven innings per day, twelve
innings for the
Tournament.
9. One pitch constitutes an inning.
10. Once the pitcher is removed from pitching, he
may not return to the mound
during that game.
11. Courtesy runners are encouraged for catchers
and pitchers.
12. There will be five warm‐up pitches
between innings. In order to keep the
games on schedule, there will be no
in‐field between games.
13. Please have players hustle on and off the
field.
14. The time limit will be enforced. No new inning
will start after 2 hours.
15. There will be team trophies will be awarded to
the first and second place
teams.
16. An all tournament team
will be named based on coaches nominating 2
players
from your opponent (AFTER EACH GAME).
These forms need to be
returned to the tournament director (Jamie
Johnson) at the end of each
game.
17. All protests will be
decided on the field by the tournament director (Jamie
Johnson). Judgment calls by the umpire can not be
protested.
18. Tournament Tie
Breakers: Best record, head-to-head,
least runs allowed
per inning played,
largest run differential, coin flip
19. Home team determined by
coin flip, with exception that Spearfish is always
the home team.
