Please communicate with Tammy as far as scheduling goes. Let me know if you are working too much, too little, want to try different divisions, etc. Veteran umpires-some of you may be working in a lower division for the first few weeks than you asked for. This is so that you are able to help train our new umpires. Thank you all in advance for your hard work and commitment to CYB! PLEASE REMEMBER~IF YOU ARE ON THE SCHEDULE, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SHOW UP!! When umpires do not show up, it not only reflects poorly on the league, but also puts extra pressure on the other umpire who has to umpire the game alone. If you are scheduled and can’t make it, please give Tammy as much notice as possible!

AVAILABILITY- Remember to turn in your availability to Tammy by Thursday for the following week!

To turn in your availability this year you can:

1) fill out the form at the office

2) email it to Tammy at playball@cybaseball.com - please put umpire in the subject line so I know it is not junk mail!

3) Call Tammy at 234-7087. If she’s not there please leave a message on her voicemail. Remember to leave your name and be very specific on the dates you are calling in about and whether you are available or not.

4) Fax your availability to 234-4394.
