Umpires are responsible for providing their own basic

(Only players going into the 2A
and 3A divisions that did NOT play in the league last year are

assigned to a team during the draft. Once all
registration materials are in, the player MUST WAIT 1 WEEK
before they will be assigned to a team ~ ONLY if there is an
opening on a team!!!)
