2010 REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE SENT OUT FEBRUARY 19th.

ANYONE THAT PLAYED IN  THE LEAGUE LAST YEAR SHOULD RECEIVE ONE IN THE MAIL.  IF YOU MOVED, PLEASE GET US YOUR NEW ADDRESS!  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ONE IN THE MAIL, YOU CAN CALL US TO GET ONE SENT TO YOU, PICK ONE UP AT THE OFFICE, OR GET THEM BELOW.

THE FOLLOWING THINGS ARE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

BY MARCH 26TH:

~COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (If not already on file at the office)

~REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is $155 for those who sign up by March 26th.  If you choose, $100 of this fee can be raised by selling home run cards.  More information can be found on the above information sheet and on the registration form.  Discounts may also apply for siblings and uniforms.

BY APRIL 26TH:

~HOME RUN $ NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN

LATE REGISTRATIONS

March 27th-April 10th- $10 late fee, guaranteed to be placed on a team, player is put in draft)

After April 10th- $15 late fee, Not guaranteed to be placed on a team, NOT put in draft, must wait 1 week to practice or play in a game)
