Programs Available for Contributors to Casper Youth Baseball, Inc.

Team Sponsor: $350 per year

Monies go toward: Running our league

  • Purchase of baseball caps with sponsor's name

  • Sponsor's name is included in team standings in the newspaper~ For example, Pepsi Dodgers

  • Money is put in General fund for operating expenses (i.e. balls, umpires, maintenance, equipment, etc.)

Banners (signs):

New Banners: $225 per banner

  • Monies go toward art work and making banners.

  • Any monies after expenses are put in General Fund for operating expenses (i.e. balls, umpires, maintenance, equipment, etc.).

  • $225 New Banner includes "Standard" banner only (example: one color on white background), More intricate banners are bid by the sign company, and the difference between the bid and the $225 fee is billed to the contributor.

Banner Renewal: $150 per year

  • Monies go toward maintenance of existing banners and the General Fund for operating expenses.

Scholarship Contributors: Contributions in any amount

  • Donations are ear marked and held in a special account for players who are unable to pay Registration Fees. Note-These players are required to do fund raising.  $55 scholarships one child

Equipment Fund: Contributions in any amount

  • Contributions are ear marked for purchase of playing equipment, uniforms, field equipment, etc.

  • Depending on the amount of contribution, the donor may be allowed a Banner, Banner Renewal,  and/or Team Sponsorship.

General Fund Contributors: Contributions in any amount

  • Contributions are dedicated to CYB general operations.

  • Depending on the amount of contribution, the donor may be allowed a Banner, Banner Renewal,  and/or Team Sponsorship.

Trades: Negotiated amounts

  • Occasionally, CYB entertains trades of Banners, Sponsorships, or other items for goods and/or services.
