PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZES!! WE HAVE SHIRTS AND PANTS OF EACH SIZE AT THE OFFICE TO LOOK AT AND HAVE YOUR CHILD TRY ON. If you order the wrong size, you will have to pay to get a new size ordered!!

UNIFORM SHIRT- Choose option #1 or #2

(In the 2A division this year, you must select Need New Shirt. We will be using “throwback jerseys” that the players will get to keep at the end of the season.)

OPTION #1: (NOT AN OPTION FOR 2A THIS YEAR)

________WILL USE OWN~ If your child played in the league last year and will be on the same team again this year, they have the option of getting a new shirt or using last years shirt. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE LAST YEARS SHIRT, YOU WILL GET $5 OFF OF REGISTRATION FEE. IF UNSURE IF YOUR CHILD WILL BE ON SAME TEAM, CHECK WITH THE CYB OFFICE.

UNIFORM PANTS- Choose option #1 or #2

OPTION #1:

________WILL USE OWN~ If your child wishes to use their own pants instead of league issued pants, they may, as long as they are white (no pinstripes, no colored pants), so they follow league policy.

IF YOU USE YOUR OWN PANTS, YOU WILL GET $5 OFF OF REGISTRATION FEE.

OPTION #2:

________GET LEAGUE PANTS~ PLAYER WILL GET A NEW PAIR OF PANTS AND GET TO KEEP THEM AT THE END OF THE SEASON. Please circle size below.

~Uniforms will be issued through the team manager or team mom. All players will be issued 1 shirt (if necessary), 1 hat and 1 pair of pants (if requested) at the beginning of the season.

~Players will not be able to pick a specific number, to help reduce the duplication that has happened in the past.

~Replacement uniforms needed during the season will be ordered at the player’s expense.
